Answers
Do air conditioning vents hurt houseplants?
Short answer
A vent blowing directly on a plant will dry it out and crisp the leaf edges, especially on thin-leaved plants like calathea and monstera. Thick-leaved plants like snake plant and ZZ do not mind. Move sensitive plants at least six feet from a vent.
